Our Journey to Redefine Hospitality
Stage 1
2017
Inspired by European hospitality and Cairo’s local warmth, Rashad launched Travelholic launched as a boutique rental startup — expanding from 2 to 17 rooms.
Stage 2
2020
During COVID-19, Travelholic’s resilience shone, serving 150+ guests while redefining travel safety and comfort.
Stage 3
2021 – 2022
2021 begins with the opening of U-Lodge, followed by Travelholic Residence Golden Gates in January 2022. The “Partner With Us” program is introduced, enabling property owners to join Travelholic’s managed portfolio. By August 2022, Golden Gates expands, reflecting Travelholic’s growing operational scale and partner network.
Stage 4
2022 – 2023
Travelholic makes a strong debut into the luxury segment with the introduction of Swan Lake Villa in December 2022. Between December and May, two additional luxury villas are launched with confident step into premium hospitality.
Stage 5
2023
By November 2023, the company celebrates serving 30,000 guests, opens Travelholic 90 Residence, and reaches 100 units, becoming the 4th company in Egypt to achieve this milestone.

Current stage
Travelholic embraces full automation, integrating high-tech systems for enhanced guest management and operations. The brand positions itself for global expansion, mixing technology with authentic hospitality and solidifying its role as a leader in the vacation rental market.
